摘　　要：目的探讨我国大陆采供血机构执业比对工作组成员单位服务范围内的全血献血人群基本特征,为制定无偿献血宣传招募策略、提升献血者保留及改进献血服务提供依据。方法收集2014-2017年我国大陆采供血机构执业比对工作组成员单位服务范围内全血献血人群基本特征相关数据,剔除无效数据并整理后制作图表,对献血者人数、献血者流失率、献血频率等数据进行分析。结果我国23家血液中心执业比对数据显示:全血献血者流失率8.42%-88.64%,中位数72.33%;全血初次献血者占比41.1%-75.73%,中位数61.26%;全面参与率1.12%-4.49%,中位数2.66%;献血频率1.03-1.32,中位数1.06;献血者平均年龄24.70-36.2岁,中位数29.26岁。结论我国23家血液中心献血者呈现流失率高、全血初次献血者比例高、全面参与率低、献血频率低和献血者队伍年轻等基本特征。Objective To explore the demographics of whole blood donors from 23 domestic blood centers, so as to provide a basis for the publicity and recruitment strategy of blood donation and the improvement of blood donor retention and service. Methods The demographics of whole blood donors from 23 blood centers covering a period of 4 years spanned between 2014 and 2017 were collected to make charts after the invalid data were excluded, so as to analyze the number of blood donors,lapsed donors and blood donation frequency. Results The lapsed blood donors rated from 8.42% to 88.64%, with a median of 72.33%;first-time blood donors accounted for 41.1% to 75.73%, with a median of 61.26%;the overall participation rate ranged 1.12% to 4.49%, with a median of 2.66%;the blood donation frequency ranged 1.03 to 1.32, with a median of 1.06;the average age of blood donors ranged 24.70 to 36.2 years old, with a median of 29.26. Conclusion High proportion of lapsed donors/first-time blood donors, low overall participation rate, low blood donation frequency and young donors characterized the blood donors from 23 domestic blood centers.
