摘 要:目的通过调研24家血液中心自全血中制备成分血的技术应用和生产效率,了解我国目前成分血制备能力与水平,为保障临床科学合理安全用血提供依据。方法通过采纳亚太血液联盟(Asia Pacific blood network,APBN)比对指标,对2014-2017年度国内24家血液中心全血分离制备成分血的相关数据和图表进行比对,研究分析我国成分血制备能力和现状。结果 24家血液中心中,应用红细胞制品去白细胞技术的20家,血液辐照技术的16家,血浆病毒灭活技术的16家;22家的红细胞/全血制备效率和红细胞制品生产效率均能达到95%;开展浓缩血小板制备的13家,其中7家生产效率达到80%以上;24家血液中心全部开展了新鲜冰冻血浆制备,开展冷沉淀制备的23家。结论目前我国血液中心能综合利用红细胞制品去白、血液辐照和血浆病毒灭活等技术制备多种成分血,满足不同临床需求,但不同地区血液中心成分血制备能力存在差异。Objective To investigate the technologies applied for blood components preparation from whole-blood donations in 24 domestic blood centers and their efficiency, so as to understand the current capacity of blood product preparation in China and provide references for scientific and rational use of blood and safeguard of blood transfusion. Methods The regarding data and charts of blood component preparation from whole-blood donation in 24 domestic blood centers during 2014-2017 were compared using indexes provided by Asia Pacific Blood Network(APBN), so as to study and analyze the capacity and current situation of blood component preparation in China.Results Among the 24 blood centers, leukocyte depletion for red blood cell products was applied in 20 centers, blood irradiation in 16, and plasma pathogens inactivation in 16. The proportion of conforming whole blood/red cell products from whole-blood donation and red cell products successfully issued to the clinical reached 95% in 22 blood centers. Manual preparation of platelet concentrates(PCs) was carried out in 13 centers, and the proportion of PCs issued to hospitals rated over 80% in 7 centers. The preparation of fresh frozen plasma was conducted in all 24 centers and cryoprecipitation preparation in 23.Conclusion Modifications to the blood products, such as leukoduction, irradiation, and pathogen inactivation have been carried out in domestic blood centers currently to meet the clinical needs. However, the preparation capability of blood components is different by blood centers in different regions.
