摘 要:目的通过对我国单采血小板采供血比对相关数据的分析,了解我国采供血机构单采成分血采集供应的现状。方法收集我国部分血液中心2012-2017年成分血采供情况进行统计分析。结果 2012-2017年我国22家血液中心血小板总体采集量年均增长10.73%,总体供应量年均增长9.14%;其中初次献血者捐献血小板占总量1.21%-43.83%,单采血小板占血小板供应量99.12%,去白血小板占血小板供应量90.62%,平均生产效率为98.91%,过期报废率低于1%。结论我国血液中心单采血小板采集供应能力逐年递增,且具有生产效率高、过期报废量低、地区差异大的特点。Objective To observe the current situation of apheresis platelet collection and supply in China through comparative analysis of the practice data between 24 blood centers. Methods The data of apheresis platelet supply and collection of 24 blood centers from 2012 to 2017 were collected and analyzed.Results From 2012 to 2017, the collected units of apheresis platelet of 22 blood centers in China increased by 10.73% annually, and the issued units increased by 9.14%. Apheresis platelets donated by first-time donors accounted for 1.21%—43.83%. 99.12% of the platelet products were apheresis platelets, and 90.62% were pre-storage leucoreduced. The average production efficiency was 98.91% and the collected apheresis expiring rated less than 1%. Conclusion The collection and supply of apheresis plateletis increasing year by year in China, presenting such characteristics as high productivity, low expiring rate and large regional differences.
