摘　　要：目的了解新型冠状病毒(SARS-COV-2)在湖北地区无偿献血人群中的核酸检测情况,分析湖北地区的检测结果,确保临床用血安全。方法采用PCR-荧光探针法,对新型冠状病毒(SARS-COV-2)RNA进行体外反转录、扩增、检测新型冠状病毒(SARS-COV-2)的ORF1ab和N基因。结果 2020年2月6日-2020年3月15日无偿献血者血液标本15 454份新冠病毒检测结果均为阴性。结论新型冠状病毒(SARS-COV-2)是否经血传播尚无定论,在中高风险区开展献血者新型冠状病毒(SARS-COV-2)核酸检测流调工作很有必要,可以有效的保障献血者和用血者安全。Objective To investigate and analyze the nucleic acid testing(NAT) status of SARS-COV-2 infection among voluntary blood donors in Hubei province, aimed at ensuring clinical blood safety. Methods The ORF1 ab and N genes of SARS-COV-2 RNA were reversely transcribed, amplified and detected in vitro using PCR fluorescence probe.Results 15 454 blood samples of voluntary blood donors from February 6 to March 15,2020 were all negative for SARS-COV-2. Conclusion Although SARS-COV-2 could be transmitted through blood or not is still unclear, it is necessary to study the endemic prevalence of SARS-COV-2 infection in blood donors in medium and high risk areas, in order to effectively ensure the safety of blood donors and blood recipients.
