摘　　要：目的对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情爆发后单采成分献血安全应对策略及成效进行分析,探讨其必要性和有效性。方法针对COVID-19疫情制定了单采成分献血安全应对举措,包括启动成分献血应急招募,研发互联网成分献血预约平台,献血者健康筛查策略调整等。对应急招募效果,互联网预约献血效果,COVID-19相关健康征询情况进行分析。结果应急电话招募总献血人次为712人次,日均献血人次为(22.25±9.86)人,应急招募启动前后日均献血人次分别为(26.83±13.53)人次和(50.03±20.31)人次(P<0.01);互联网预约献血总人次为2 631人次,占预约献血人次28.88%;COVID-19相关健康征询不合格献血者为172人次,不合格率1.2%。结论单采成分献血安全应对策略保障了COVID-19疫情期间单采成分采集量的平稳,保障了成分献血者的安全。Objective To analyze the coping strategies for apheresis donor recruitment, suspended by the COVID-19 outbreak, and then discuss its feasibility and effectiveness. Methods Such precautionary measures against the COVID-19 epidemic for apheresis donation as initiating the emergency recruitment for apheresis donors, developing the Internet appointment platform and adjusting the pre-donation consultation procedures etc. were developed. The effectiveness of emergency recruitment strategy, the Internet appointment platform as well as the pre-donation consultation results related to COVID-19 were analyzed. Results A total of 712 potential apheresis donors were recruited through phone calls, and 22.25±9.86(mean number) people a day donated. After the emergency recruitment, the amount of donors increased from 26.83±13.53 per day to 50.03±20.31(P<0.05). 28.88%(2 631/9 110) of the appointments to apheresis donation were completed through the Internet. 172(1.2%) blood donors were deferred due to pre-donation health consultation regarding COVID-19. Conclusion Countermeasures proposed here ensured the stability of apheresis collection amid the outbreak of COVID-19 but also protect the safety of donors.
