摘 要:目的比较4种抗-D试剂(分别用D1、D2、D3和D4指代)通过吸收放散试验法检测Del的结果。方法选择2019年9-10月本血站RhD阴性献血者EDTA抗凝标本,通过Rh其他抗原鉴定、4种抗-D试剂吸收放散法检测Del表型;以PCR-SSP法检测RHD基因型结果为对照,比较4种抗-D试剂的灵敏度和特异度。结果此4种抗-D试剂的灵敏度和特异度分别是:D1灵敏度为100%,特异度为25.00%;D2灵敏度为0.00%,特异度为100%,D3灵敏度为88.89%,特异度为79.17%,D4灵敏度为25.00%,特异度为91.67%。结论在吸收放散检测Del表型中,D3试剂具有较高的灵敏度和特异度。Objective To compare the testing results of four anti-D reagents(referred to as D1, D2, D3 and D4 respectively) used to detect Del by absorption and elution test. Methods EDTA anticoagulation samples from RhD-negative blood donors in our blood center from September to October 2019 were collected. All samples were retested for the Del phenotype by absorption and elution test with four anti-D reagents as well as the identification of other Rh antigens. The results of RHD genotype by PCR-SSP were used as controls to compare the sensitivity and specificity among four anti-D reagents. Results The sensitivity of D1, D2, D3 and D4 were 100%, 0.00%, 88.89% and 25.00%, respectively;the specificity of D1, D2, D3 and D4 were 25.00%, 100%, 79.17% and 91.67%, respectively. Conclusion The D3 reagent has high sensitivity and specificity in the detection of Del phenotype by absorption and elution test.
