PPRR模型在武汉COVID-19疫情期间血站成分科室管理中的作用探讨

摘　　要：目的观察PPRR模型管理在血站成分制备科室实际运用的效果和问题分析。方法论述科室在疫情期间的PPRR模型管理,回顾性总结2020年1月23日-4月5日制备数据,与去年同期数据对比,评估该管理模型的效果。结果疫情期间血浆病毒灭活率较去年同期提升67.34%,分装红细胞较去年同期增长1 038袋,无1例临床用血安全事故,无1例员工健康安全事故。结论 PPRR模型管理适用于血站业务科室的实际操作,效果良好。Objective To demonstrate the performance and problems of PPRR model, known as ‘prevention,preparation,response and recovery’,for the management of Blood Component Department in Wuhan Blood Center. Methods The PPRR model applied in our department during the COVID-19 outbreak was discussed, and the data involving blood component preparation from Jan.23 to Apr.5,2020 were summarized retrospectively. The performance of PPRR model was evaluated in comparison with the related datain the same period in 2019.Results During the epidemic, the incidence of virus inactivation for plasma increased by 67.34% and the number of RBCs repackaged into smaller specification in creased by 1 038 bags as compared with the same period last year.There was no clinical blood safety accident or staff in fection. Conclusion The PPRR model, witha good practical performance, was an effective tool for the management of business departments in blood banks.
