摘  要:由于临床用血来源匮乏以及输血后不良反应、输血可能传播潜在疾病等因素的存在,使得输血成功治疗某些重大外科疾病受到一定限制。近年来,新兴的红细胞代用品在创伤休克急救治疗中能发挥一定的替代作用,并且其在肿瘤治疗、心血管疾病治疗、移植器官保存等方面也起到了一定的辅助治疗作用。因此,了解血液代用品,特别是血红蛋白类携氧载体、基于氟碳化合物的载氧剂的研究进展及其最新型研究成果,将有助于人们对生物携氧治疗剂的科学研究和临床应用前景有1个基本的认识和判断。本文综述为读者提供了这样1个窗口。Due to the lack of clinical blood sources, adverse reactions to blood transfusion, and potential diseases that may be transmitted by blood transfusion, the successful treatment of certain major surgical diseases by blood transfusion has been limited. In recent years, emerging red blood cell substitutes plays a certain role in the emergency treatment of traumatic shock, and has an adjuvant effect on tumor treatment, cardiovascular disease treatment and transplantation organ preservation. Therefore, understanding the research progress of blood substitutes, especially hemoglobin-based oxygen carriers and fluorocarbon-based oxygen carriers as well as the latest research results, will be helpful to have a basic understanding and judgment of the scientific research and clinical application prospect of biological oxygen-carrying agents. This review provides readers with such a window.
