摘  要:江西某食品企业主要生产淀粉糖浆、大米蛋白肽及果蔬粉,产生的废水COD和TP浓度高,原废水处理工艺已无法达到排放标准。现对原工艺进行改造,采用"气浮+水解酸化+UASB+A^2/O+混凝除磷+沉淀+MBR"联合处理工艺处理该食品生产废水。运行结果表明,系统对COD、TP、SS、氨氮4种主要污染物的去除率分别达到了98.92%、98.71%、98.76%、69.62%,系统抗冲击负荷能力强,改进后的工艺出水水质良好,满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)表4中一级标准。废水工艺处理成本为5.35元/m^3。The wastewater from a food enterprice in Jiangxi Province,mainly produces starch syrup,rice protein peptide,fruit and vegetable powder,contains relatively high concerntration Chemical Oxygen Demand and Total Phosphorus.Since the original treatment process has been unable to meet the effluent standards.The original process was reformed,the wastewater from the food production was treated by the combined process of air flotation+hydrolytic acidification+Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor+Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic+coagulation phosphorus removal+precipitation+Membrane Bioreactor.The operation results showed that the removal rate of Chemical Oxygen Demand,Total Phosphorus,Suspended Solid and Ammonia Nitrogen reached 98.92%、98.71%、98.76%and 69.62%,respectively.The system has strong anti-impact load ability,the quality of system was good which reached the the first-class standard in Table 4 of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).The cost of wastewater treatment was 5.35 yuan/m^3.
