摘  要:河南省新乡市某精细化工企业生产废水COD为3090mg/L、BOD5为731mg/L,BOD/COD=0.24<0.3,可生化性差。采用芬顿氧化处理废水的生化性提高,后续采用生化工艺处理。生化处理采用厌氧生物滤池、生物接触氧化和生物活性炭滤池联合处理,该组合工艺的显著特点污泥浓度高、污泥龄长、污泥停留时间与水力停留时间相互独立,对有毒、难降解污染具有较强的适应性和降解能力。调试完成后,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)一级A标准,运行稳定。The production wastewater COD of a fine chemical enterprise in Xinxiang City,Henan Province is 3090 mg/L,BOD5 is 731 mg/L,BOD/COD=0.24<0.3,and the biodegradability is poor.Fenton oxidation is used to improve the biochemical properties of wastewater,and biological treatment of biochemical wastewater.Biological treatment adopts the combined treatment of anaerobic biological filter,biological contact oxidation and biological activated carbon filter.The salient features of this combined process are high sludge concentration,long sludge age,sludge residence time and hydraulic residence time are independent of each other.The refractory pollution has strong adaptability and degradability.After the commissioning is completed,the effluent quality meets the Grade A standard of"Emission Standard of Pollutants for Urban Sewage Treatment Plants"(GB 18918-2002),and the operation is stable.
