摘 要:盐池地处毛乌素沙地向黄土高原过渡地带,生态环境十分脆弱,是宁夏重要的石油储藏和生产区。研究区属于盐池县较为集中的油田开采区之一,且开采时间较长,对土壤环境造成了一定的影响。本文采用生物修复技术对盐池采油区污染土壤进行修复,筛选出了适合盐碱地区的高效石油降解菌,并选育出了在石油污染盐碱土壤中生长的适地植物碱蓬,建立了适宜盐碱地区石油污染土壤生物修复的技术,对宁夏地区石油污染土壤修复具有一定的借鉴意义。Yanchi is located in the transition zone from Maowusu sandy land to loess Plateau,and its ecological environment is very fragile.Also,Yanchi county is an important oil storage and production area in Ningxia.The study area belongs to one of the more concentrated oilfield exploitation areas in Yanchi County,and the exploitation time is long,which has caused certain influence on the soil environment.In this paper,bioremediation technology was used to remediation contaminated soil in YanChi county.Highly efficient oil-degrading bacteria were screened out for saline-alkali area.And than,plants grown in oil-contaminated saline soil were bredSuaeda glauca Bge.The bioremediation technology of petroleum contaminated soil in saline and alkaline areas was established,which can be used for reference for the remediation of petroleum contaminated soil in Ningxia.
