建设项目竣工环境保护验收工作探究

摘　　要：针对建设项目竣工环境保护验收,介绍了该工作的新形势,说明工作开展的主要依据,明确验收监测工作的新要求,对存在主体责任意识不强、第三方验收检测机构能力不足、项目变动认定随意性大等常见问题提出了建议。In light of the environmental protection acceptance of the completed construction project,introduce the new situation of the work,explain the main basis of the work,clarify the new requirements of the acceptance monitoring work,and have a weak sense of subject responsibility,insufficient third-party acceptance inspection agency capabilities,and project changes Suggestions are made for common problems such as arbitrariness.
