摘　　要：肠道病毒D组68型(enterovirus D68,EV-D68)属于小核糖核酸病毒科肠道病毒属,为无包膜单股正链病毒。EV-D68主要通过呼吸道传播,引起急性呼吸道感染,其诊断方法主要是通过聚合酶链式反应(PCR)对呼吸道标本进行核酸序列测定、病毒分离、血清学诊断。近年来全球不断有EV-D68相关疾病暴发,尚无有效的疫苗或抗病毒治疗方法,故需进一步监测EV-D68的流行趋势,为将来防控EV-D68引发的呼吸道感染暴发奠定基础。Enterovirus D68(enterovirus D68, EV-D68) is an unencapsulated single-stranded positive-chain virus in the genus Enterovirus of the Picornaviridae family.EV-D68 mainly causes acute respiratory infections through the respiratory tract.The diagnosis of EV-D68 is mainly based on nucleic acid sequence determination of respiratory tract specimens by polymerase chain reaction(PCR), virus isolation, and serological diagnosis.In recent years, there have been outbreaks of EV-D68-associated diseases throughout the world, but no effective vaccine or antiviral treatment are available.Therefore, it is necessary to further monitor the epidemic trend of EV-D68 for the prevention and control of respiratory infections caused by this virus.
