孕妇产前TORCH检测对优生优育产生的影响分析

摘　　要：目的分析产前TORCH检测对优生优育的影响。方法选取80例2017年6月至2019年1月不孕患者为研究组,选取同期接受优生优育检查的正常女性80例为对照组,比较两组产前TORCH检测结果。结果研究组TORCH-IgM抗体总阳性率22.50%,CMV-IgM抗体阳性率10.00%,HSV-IgM抗体阳性率6.25%,与对照组比较明显较高(P<0.05)。研究组TORCH-IgM抗体阳性合并TORCH-IgG抗体阴性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施产前TORCH检测可较为准确地检出各类病毒,有助于临床及早有针对性地进行干预,从而提升人口出生质量,达到优生优育的目的。Objective:To analyze the effect of prenatal TORCH test on prenatal and postnatal care.Methods:80 cases of infertility from June 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the study group,and 80 normal women who underwent prenatal and postnatal care examinations during the same period were selected as the control group.The prenatal TORCH test results of the two groups were compared.Results:The total positive rate of TORCH-IgM antibody in the study group was 22.5%,the positive rate of CMV-IgM antibody was 10.0%,and the positive rate of HSV-IgM antibody was 6.25%,which were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of TORCH-IgM antibody positive and TORCH-IgG antibody negative in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of prenatal TORCH detection can more accurately detect all kinds of viruses,which is helpful for early and targeted clinical intervention,so as to improve the birth quality of the population and achieve the purpose of prenatal and postnatal care.
