摘　　要：2020年全球经济陷入二战以来最严重的衰退,全球矿业市场艰难前行,矿产品价格剧烈震荡,投资者对矿业市场的信心呈现区域性、短暂性回调。中国经济快速复苏,中国矿业市场表现出较强韧性,虽然全国非油气地质勘查投资连续八年下降,采矿业固定资产投资减少,但采选业持续盈利,矿产品生产保持增长,能源消费结构不断改善,大宗矿产品进口持续增加。未来,中国经济将会引领全球经济复苏,对矿产品需求将保持一定增速,需要充足的矿产品供应作保障,其中新能源和关键矿产相关产业发展将加速提高中国自主贡献力度。同时,全球经济虽然有复苏迹象,但大多数新兴市场和发展中经济体的经济存在很大下行风险。全球经济复苏需要一段艰难的时间,中国矿山企业面对海外投资收购的机遇期,需要国家政策和财政资金的大力扶持。In 2020,global economic growth falls into the worst recession since World War II.The global mining market is struggling to move forward.And investors'confidence in the mining market has shown a regional and short-term alternation.China's economy is recovering rapidly.China's mining market has shown strong resilience.Although the national investment in non-oil and gas geological exploration has declined for eight consecutive years and the fixed assets investment in the mining industry has decreased,the mining and dressing industry has continued to make profits which have dropped significantly,the production of mineral products has continued to grow,the energy consumption structure has continued to improve,and the imports of mineral products continued to increase.In the future,China's economy will lead the global economy recovery.Demand for mineral products will maintain a certain growth rate,which need the surplus supply of mineral products as a guarantee.The development of new energy and critical mineral industries will improve the level of China's independent contribution.At the same time,the global economy may take a hard time to recover,which is an opportunity for mining companies that need strong support from national policies and financial funds to go global.
