摘  要:陕西省崔家沟煤矿二水平三盘区2303综放工作面坚硬顶煤难冒落,导致顶煤放出效果不佳,放煤高度和回采率低。为解决此问题,根据坚硬顶煤水力致裂控制技术原理,在综放工作面架间向煤壁前方顶煤施工直径为32 mm的水力致裂钻孔,进行坚硬顶煤水力致裂试验。试验结果表明:水力致裂技术成功弱化了顶煤,有效降低顶煤块度;改善了顶煤冒放性,减少了综放工作面顶煤由于破碎不够充分导致放煤期间顶煤形成拱结构的可能性,提高了工作面放煤高度和回采率;同时有效降低了工作面的粉尘浓度,改善了工人的作业环境。对今后处理坚硬顶煤难垮落问题,具有重要的借鉴价值。Hard top coal caving is difficult in 2303 fully mechanized top coal caving working face in the second horizontal and third panel area of Cuijiagou coal mine,Shaanxi province,resulting in poor caving effect,low drawing height and recovery rate.In order to solve this problem,according to the hydraulic fracturing control technology principle of hard top coal,a hydraulic fracturing borehole with a diameter of 32 mm was constructed between the supports of fully mechanized caving working face in front of the coal wall to conduct the hydraulic fracturing test of hard top coal.After the test for a period of time,the top coal was successfully weaken;the caving performance was improved;the possibility of arch structure of the top coal in fully mechanized caving face was reduced due to insufficient caving;the drawing height and recovery rate of the working face were improved;the dust concentration in the working face was effectively reduced and the working environment of workers was improved.It has important reference value to deal with the collapse of hard top coal.
