摘　　要：以湘西地区24个民族县域为例,构建森林生态服务功能价值与旅游经济增长测算体系,利用系统耦合协调度模型,分析湘西地区1999-2018年湘西地区森林生态系统和旅游经济系统之间的耦合协调度。结果表明:湘西地区森林生态服务功能价值与旅游经济增长存在长期显著的耦合协调特征,协调度稳定趋好;森林生态服务功能价值与旅游经济增长的耦合协调度受相关政策实施效果的影响。最后,为森林旅游经济发展提出构建森林生态和谐共管机制,完善森林生态服务功能价值核算机制等建议。(1)Background--Forest ecological function is the basis of economic growth of tourism,and the growth of tourism economy provides a guarantee for the value of forest ecological services.However,there are a few indepth studies on the relationship between forest ecosystems and tourism economic systems at home and abroad.⑵Methods——Based on the coupling theory,the system development model is used to establish a comprehensive evaluation model about the value of the forest ecosystem service function,and then to build a model of coordination between the value of the forest ecosystem service function and tourism economic growth,and according to that,an empirical analysis is carried out.⑶Results--From 1999 to 2003,the coupling relationship between forest ecological service function value and tourism economic growth is increasing The proportion of good counties(4 counties)increased from 16.67%to 100%of good coupling degree in 2014-2018.In addition,from 1999 to 2003,the number of regions where the coupling relationship between the value of forest ecological service function and tourism economic growth in the western Hunan is 66.67%;From 2004 to 2008,75%of the regions have a significant coupling relationship between forest ecological service function value and tourism economic growth;From 2009 to 2013,79%of that have a significant coupling relationship between forest ecological service function value and tourism economic growth,the coupling degree has been further improved;From 2014 to 2018,the coupling relationship between the value of forest ecological service functions and tourism economic growth has been further strengthened,and all regions are more prominent and they are very significant.In general,the coupling data of the value of forest ecological services and tourism economic growth in the western Hunan show an overall upward trend.Although they have experienced a process of confrontation and conflict,later come into a more harmonious coupling period with the coupling of tourism economic system and forest ecosy
