摘 要:为研究絮状污泥反应器R1和好氧颗粒污泥反应器R2中的污泥颗粒化进程差异以及对汽车涂装废水的处理效果对比,本文在两组相同的SBR反应器中,以蔗糖为碳源,保持两组反应器进水水质相同条件下,通过定期检测两组反应器中污泥胞外聚合物(EPS)的指标变化以及对汽车涂装废水中CODcr、NH3-N、PO43--P的去除率情况进行对比。结果表明,R1、R2中EPS质量浓度在40 d时分别53.5 mg/g VSS、67.1 mg/g VSS,其中两组反应器中蛋白质在EPS中占主要的比重。45 d左右时进水已经全是汽车涂装废水,此时R1、R2对CODcr去除率分别为78.2%和86.4%,对NH3-N的去除率分别为91.0%和92.6%,对PO43--P的去除率分别为72.4%和72.6%。汽车涂装废水对R1、R2中污泥的EPS的分泌没有明显的抑制作用,从而不会影响污泥的颗粒化进程。To study the difference between the process of sludge granulation in flocculent sludge reactor R1 and aerobic granular sludge reactor R2, the treating effect of automobile coating wastewater were compared. In two sets of the same SBR reactors, by using sucrose as carbon source and maintaining the same conditions of the influent water quality of the two groups of reactors, through regularly detecting the changes in the index of the extracellular polymeric substances(EPS) of the sludge in the two groups of reactors and the removal rates of CODcrNH3-N and PO43--P in the automobile coating wastewater were compared.The results showed that the mass concentration of EPS in R1 and R2 was 53.5 mg/g VSS and 67.1 mg/g VSS at about 40 days,of which two groups the protein in the reactor accounted for the main proportion in EPS, and the influent water was all car coating wastewater at about 45 days later. At this time, the removal rates of CODcrby R1 and R2 were 78.2% and 86.4% respectively. The removal rates of NH3-N were 91.0% and 92.6% respectively, and the removal rates of PO43--P were 72.4% and 72.6% respectively. Automobile coating wastewater has no obvious inhibitory effect on the EPS secretion of sludge in R1 and R2, thus it will not affect the granulation process of sludge.
