本科护生智能手机成瘾倾向及影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:了解各年级本科护生智能手机成瘾倾向的现状和影响因素。方法:采用一般资料问卷、大学生智能手机成瘾量表(SAS-C)对某医学院的部分在校本科护生、已完成实习任务的临毕业在校护生和在某医院实习的部分护生共1 329人进行问卷调查。结果:本科护生智能手机成瘾的检出率为4.8%(64/1 329),智能手机成瘾倾向群体的检出率为20.2%(269/1 329);不同性别、不同年级、是否有男/女朋友、睡前是否使用智能手机、是否热衷于手机游戏、是否追剧/追动漫、是否打算考研、是否有未来一年的学习计划、自评手机成瘾情况、使用手机软件时浏览其他娱乐性APP的频率、不同实习情况和性格类型的大学生智能手机成瘾得分的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多元线性回归分析结果显示自评手机成瘾情况、年级、是否热衷手机游戏、睡前是否使用手机、是否有未来一年的学习计划、使用学习软件时浏览其他娱乐性APP的频率、性格类型是本科护生智能手机成瘾的影响因素。结论:部分本科护生智能手机成瘾或有智能手机成瘾的倾向,学校和实习单位有必要对成瘾和有成瘾倾向护生进行干预指导,大学生应制定合理的学习计划并逐步加以落实。Objective: To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of smartphone addiction tendency among undergraduate nursing students. Method: Using the general data questionnaire and Smartphone Addiction Scale for College Students( SAS-C),1 329 undergraduate nursing students in a medical college were surveyed. Results: The detection rate of smartphone addiction was 4. 8%( 64/1 329) among undergraduate nursing students,and the detection rate of smartphone addiction tendency group was 20. 2%( 269/1 329). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of smartphone addiction among nursing students with different genders,different grades,whether to have a boy/girl friend,whether to use smartphones before bedtime,whether to be keen on mobile games,whether to pursue drama/animation,whether to take postgraduate examination,whether to have a study plan for the next year,self-evaluation of mobile phone addiction,the frequency of browsing other recreational APP when using learning software,different practicing situation and personality types( P<0. 05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-assessment of smartphone addiction, grade, whether to be keen on mobile games, whether to use smartphone before bedtime,whether to have a study plan for the next year,the frequency of browsing other recreational APP when using learning software,and personality types were the influencing factors of smartphone addiction tendency among undergraduate nursing students.Conclusion: Some undergraduate nursing students are addicted to smartphone or have the tendency of smartphone addiction,it is necessary for schools and practice units to intervene and guide,and college students should also make reasonable study plans and implement them gradually.
