高校图书馆知识产权信息服务现状调查——以国内首批授权“高校国家知识产权信息服务中心”的23家图书馆为例

摘　　要：调查了国内首批授权的23家高校图书馆“知识产权信息服务中心”,了解知识产权信息中心的发展现状及存在的问题,并提出合理建议。运用网络调研、文献调研等方法,统计各知识产权信息中心的设置时间、挂靠单位、网页相关栏目设置情况以及提供的专利信息服务具体形式等情况。补充统计分析各知识产权信息中心的图书馆馆员相关论文发表数量、论文主题等内容,进一步完善调查结论。发现存在大多数图书馆馆员专利服务深度不够、专利资源共享途径不畅、相关制度不完善等问题,建议采取搭建专利信息服务与管理平台、加大专利人才培养、建立规范的规章制度等措施。By investigating the“Intellectual Property Information Service Centers”of the 23 authorized university li­braries in China,we understand the development status and existing shortcomings of the Intellectual Property Infor­mation Center and make reasonable suggestions.Using network research,literature research and other methods,statistics center setting time,affiliate unit,webpage related column setting and the specific form of patent informa­tion service are provided.In addition,statistical analysis of the number of papers published by librarians,the topic of the thesis,etc.are analyzed to further improve the conclusions of the survey.There are problems such as insuffi­cient depth of patent services for most librarians,poor access to patent resources,and imperfect related systems.It is recommended to establish a patent information service and management platform,increase the training of patent talents,and establish standardized regulations,etc.
