摘  要:绝缘子污闪严重威胁电力系统安全运行,虽然国内外学者积累了大量关于绝缘子污秽试验的经验,但尚未对比研究均匀升压法和恒压升降法的人工试验差异,故笔者利用人工气候室内及交直流试验电源对XZP-300、XWP-300和FXBW-300 3种绝缘子进行污闪试验,以探求这两种试验方式的内部联系。结果表明:交直流污闪试验中,均匀升压法测得的结果较恒压升降法高;用污秽特征指数a的相似度来判定是否可以对两种试验方法的结果进行修正,并建议试验差异η小于10%时可以进行修正;修正后的均匀升压法和恒压升降法获得的电压值基本吻合,且修正系数δm与绝缘子的材料和试验电压类型有关;当η的绝对值大于10%,则不宜进行修正。结论可为研究不同试验方式对绝缘子污闪特性的影响提供参考。Polluted flashover of insulator threats to the safety operation of power system. Although the domestic and foreign scholars accumulated some experience of pollution tests,there is no comparison between the even-raising method and the up and down method. The artificial climate chamber and AC&DC power system are used to complete the contamination flashover tests of XZP-300,XWP-300 and FXBW-300 insulators,the internal connections are investigated too. Results show that voltages tested by the even-raising method are higher than another. The similarity of pollution index a can be used to determine whether we need to correct the results. When the absolute value of η is less than 10%,the results obtained by even-raising method can be revised and the modified values are agree well with the test results obtained by up and down method. As well as the correction factor( δ_m) is related to materials of the insulator and the type of voltage. However,when the value of η is greater than 10%,test result could not be revised. The conclusion can provide reference to explore the polluted flashover characteristics of insulator under different tests method.
