基于达标考评的道路危险货物运输企业安全生产工作研究

摘　　要：针对重点监管的道路危险货物运输企业的安全生产工作。通过调查某地区安全考评二级达标道路危险货运企业的安全生产标准化建设情况,研究了道路危险货运企业安全生产标准化建设中的常见问题和原因,提出了人才是影响安全生产的关键因素,教育培训是提升员工职业素质和工作能力的根本途径,建议建立由政府主导、协会主办、职业学院承办、企业员工培训的教育培训联盟,制定落实教育培训标准和计划等来全面有效提升员工职业素养和工作能力。Production safety to the road dangerous goods transport enterprises by focused supervision.It made research on common problems and their causes in construction of standardized production safety of road dangerous goods transport enterprise through survey on the construction of standardized production safety of road dangerous transport enterprise in certainregion which reached second level in examination of reaching standard and proposed that the people arethe key factor affection production safety.Therefore,education and training are the fundamental way of improving the quality and working ability of employees and suggested it is necessary to establish the education and training alliance sponsored by association and organized by vocational education colleges under the guidance of government for training on enterprise employees to set and carry out the education and training standard and plan for effective overall improvement of employees quality and working ability.
