摘　　要：大北、博孜等山前井地层结构复杂,可钻性差,严重制约钻井速度,卡钻风险较大,断钻具风险也较大。针对此情况,研究了国产BH-VDT+水利加压器的钻进方式来进行钻进施工,并取得了良好的效果。The piedmont wells such as Dabei and Bozi have complex stratigraphic structure and poor drillability,which severely restricts the drilling speed,the risk of stuck drilling and the risk of broken drilling tools.In view of this situation,the drilling method of the domestic BH-VDT+hydraulic pressurizer was studied for drilling construction,and good results were achieved.
