摘　　要：在油田开采后期开发新层系或开窗侧钻以改善油气藏采收效率施工中,通常采用磨铣或套铣技术将封隔器磨成碎屑,通过泥浆循环将碎屑携带出井筒,作业周期长。使用水力切割在封隔器上卡瓦和固定销钉之间的中心管和上椎体切断,上卡瓦没有下椎体的支撑,上卡瓦收回,封隔器上半部分处于解封状态,使用可退捞矛可将割断的上半部分封隔器取出。经过现场使用,该方法取得了良好的效果。In order to improve the recovery efficiency of oil and gas reservoirs by developing new strata or window sidetracking in the late stage of oilfield production,milling or casing milling technology is usually used to grind the packer into debris,Debris is carried out of the wellbore by mud circulation,and the operation cycle is long.Cut off the central tube and upper vertebral body between the packer upper slip and the fixing pin by hydraulic cutting,The upper slip is not supported by the lower vertebral body,and the upper half of the packer is in the unsealing state,The upper part of the packer can be taken out with the retrievable spear.After field application,the method has achieved good results.
