摘  要:依托某工程,采用三维仿真模拟方法,探讨地下增层拓建施工对既有结构沉降及托换桩和结构柱应力的影响。计算结果表明:①随上部荷载的增大,既有结构沉降、桩柱应力均逐步增大;②合适桩长和桩径的托换会达到较好的托换效果,亦更不容易被压屈失稳;③地层弹性模量的增加可以有效减少既有结构的沉降,应提前对地层进行加固处理。所得规律能为今后地下增层拓建工程的设计与施工提供参考。With a certain project as the technical background,the 3-D simulation method is applied to exploring the effects of the undergrond storey-adding construction on the settlement of existing buildings,and the stress of underpinning piles and structural columns.The calculated results show that:①As the upper load increases,the settlement of existing structures and the stress of piles and columns increase gradually;②The underpinning piles with appropriate lengths and diameters can achieve better underpinning effect,and it is also less prone to buckling and instability;③As increasing the elastic modulus of soil can effectively reduce the settlement of existing structures,strengthening the foundation stratum in advance may increase the safety of construction.The laws and rules obtained from the construction of this project may provide useful reference for the design and construction of other underground storey-adding projects in the future.
