摘　　要：时毓民教授分期辨治儿童传染性软疣的临床经验丰富,认为本病病机为肺脾不足,外感风热湿毒,为本虚标实,治疗重视标本兼顾、分期施治。出疹期(感染期)以祛邪治标为主,治以疏风清热、利湿解毒,佐以扶正,采用内服外洗,内外兼治直达病所;疹退期(缓解期)以补虚治本为要,以健脾益气祛湿、补肺调气和营、滋阴养血活血为主要治法,辅以疏风解表祛湿之品,驱邪外达,常用玉屏风散、桂枝汤、沙参麦冬汤、四君子汤加减治疗。Professor Shi Yumin has rich clinical experience in treating children with molluscum contagiosum by stages.He believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality,which shows the deficiency of the lung and spleen,and exogenous wind-heat and damp-toxin,the treatment should take care of both the symptoms and the root cause according to different stages.At the rash eruption stage(infection period),the treatment is concentrated on eliminating pathogenic factors and treating exogenous symptoms,expelling wind and clearing heat,removing damp and toxin,assisted with reinforcing the healthy qi,in the way of oral and external medication,internal and external treatment directly to the disease department.At the rashrefund period(remission period),the main treatment points are to treat the root and restore the deficiency,fortify the spleen,boost qi,dispel dampness,tonify lung and regulation qi,nourish and promote blood circulation,assisted with expelling wind and dampness and relieving exterior symptoms.The common prescriptions include Yu Ping Feng Powder,Guizhi Decoction,Shashen Maidong Decoction,Sijunzi Decoction.
