摘  要:传统印刷行业中纸张数量的计量通常采用电子磅秤、人工点数或超声波探测等。针对这些测量方式的弊端,设计了一种基于ALTERA公司的CycloneⅣ系列FPGA和NiosⅡ软核的新型纸张测量装置,通过NE555搭建多谐振荡器,将纸张的电容转化为频率,利用FPGA等精度频率测量和NiosⅡ软核的浮点数计算,进而计算出纸张数量,并实时显示和语音播报当前纸张数量,提高了纸张测量的速度和精度。In traditional printing industry,the paper quantity is usually measured by electronic scale,manual counting or ultrasonic detection.In view of the disadvantages of these measurement methods,a new paper measurement device based on Altera's cyclone IV series FPGA and NiosⅡsoft core is designed.A multivibrator is built by NE555 to convert the capacitance of paper into frequency.FPGA is used to measure the frequency of paper with equal precision and NIOSⅡsoft core floating-point number calculation,and then calculate the number of paper,and real-time display and voice broadcast the current paper quantity,improve the speed and precision of paper measurement.
