高校化学化工实验室整体搬迁的经验与体会——以材料化学工程国家重点实验室为例

摘　　要：从新建化学化工实验室的基本功能、特点和建设要求入手,结合本重点实验室的实际情况,考察实验室搬迁的特殊性及其设计规划,具体包括水、电、气路、通风、网络、药品存储、易燃易爆气体使用等配套设施,制定合理有效的搬迁方案,提出实验室布局设计思路,以及搬迁过程中注意事项及操作方法等,阐述搬迁工作的经验与体会,供借鉴与参考。Starting from the basic functions,characteristics,and construction requirements of the newlybuilt chemical laboratories,combined with the actual situation of the key laboratorywhich is taken as an example in this paper,the particularity and design plan of the laboratory relocation were investigated,including water,electricity,gas path,ventilation,network,drug storage,use of flammable and explosive gas and other supporting facilities,and a reasonable and effective relocation plan was formulated.This paper puts forward the layout design ideas of the laboratory,as well as the matters needing attention and operation methods in the relocation process,and expounds the experience of the relocation work for reference.
