摘  要:传统萃取设备有混合澄清萃取箱、离心萃取器、多级混合槽萃取器、多级离心泵混合澄清萃取箱等,其中混合澄清萃取箱是有色冶金工业的常用萃取设备,但其存在占地面积大、一次溶剂投入量大的缺陷。微混闪萃管道混合萃取技术是近几年国内首创的萃取生产工艺新技术,其在微小的管道空间里集成了油水两相的大流量输送,瞬时完成精微混合和闪速萃取。该技术在铜、镍、钴各生产线的应用实践表明,相对于传统萃取设备,其在新建项目中可节省投资30%~50%,生产能力提高25%以上,动力能耗降低50%,所有应用项目至今未发现分相困难和乳化问题。此技术因其设备设计灵活,不仅适用于新建项目,还适用于老旧企业技术改造,并在原有技术基础上,新开发出了嵌入式微混闪萃管道混合澄清高效萃取箱,进一步减少了设备占地面积,提高了生产能力。Traditional extraction equipment includes mixed clarification extraction box,centrifugal extractor,multistage mixing tank extractor,multi-stage centrifugal pump mixing clarification extraction box,etc.The mixed clarification extraction box is a common extraction equipment in the non-ferrous metallurgy industry.However,it has the disadvantages of large area and large input of solvent.Pipeline mixing-extraction technology is the first domestically pioneered new extraction production technology in recent years.It integrates a large flow of oil and water two-phase transportation in a tiny pipeline space,and completes fine mixing and flash extraction instantaneously.The application practice of this technology in copper,nickel,and cobalt production shows that compared with traditional extraction equipment,it can save investment by 30%~50%in new projects,increase production capacity by more than 25%,and reduce power consumption by 50%.The phases separation difficulties and the emulsification problems have not been found in the applicated project.Because of its flexible equipment design,this technology is not only suitable for new projects,but also for old technology transformation.On the basis of the original technology,a newly embedded pipeline mixing-extraction technology was developed,which has further reduced the equipment area,and increased the production capacity.
