摘 要:烟台国润铜业有限公司将原粗铜生产工艺改造为富氧侧吹熔炼+多枪顶吹连续吹炼+火法阳极精炼连续炼铜工艺后,产生的总烟气量变化不大,烟气中二氧化硫浓度大幅度增加,含水量增加6%左右,需要对原烟气制酸系统进行配套改造。该系统改造前为一套净化设备,一套干吸、转化设备;改造后采用一套净化设备,二套干吸、转化设备。改造试生产过程中对遇到的由于烟气成分变化带来的一系列问题予以解决和防范,系统运行稳定后,SO2转化率稳定保持在99.9%以上,吸收率保持在99.99%以上,硫酸电单耗(含电收尘器及高温风机)为65 kW·h/t。该技改实践表明制酸产能增加超过40%的,新上一套干吸、转化工序工艺技术上可行、经济上合理。Yantai Guorun Copper Industry Co.,Ltd.transformed the original copper production process into oxygen-enriched side blowing smelting-multi lance top continuous blowing-pyrometallurgical anode refining continuous copper smelting process.After the reformation,the total amount of flue gas produced did not change much,but the concentration of sulfur dioxide in the gas has increased significantly,and the water content has increased by about 6%.It is necessary to carry out a supporting transformation of the original flue gas acid production system.The system used a set of purification equipment and a set of dry absorption and conversion equipment before the transformation;after the transformation,a set of purification equipment and two sets of dry absorption and conversion equipment were adopted.During the reform and trial production process,a series of problems encountered due to the change of flue gas composition were solved and prevented.After the system was stable,the SO2 conversion rate remained above 99.9%,and the absorption rate remained above 99.99%,and the unit power consumption(including electric precipitator and high-temperature fan)is 65 kW·h/t.The practice of this technological transformation shows that building a new set of dry absorption and conversion process is technically feasible and economically reasonable if the production capacity of the acid has increased by more than 40%.
