摘　　要：高电流密度银电解工艺具有电解速度快、生产周期短、电解液积压少、电解效率高等优点,但同时也对银阳极板和电解液的要求较高,常规银电解槽采用高电流密度电解会发生严重的浓差极化,导致产出的银粉质量下降。某设备公司通过改进电解槽体,增设制冷、密封、自动刮银粉、固液分离装置,采用大流量的磁力泵等措施,成功开发出一套高效高纯银电解设备,在高电流密度(650~750 A/m^2)下产出了合格的国标1^#银,纯度达到99.997%以上,杂质含量远低于国家标准,产品质量高于同类设备产品,而且该设备生产高效、运行稳定、操作方便、工作环境好,值得推广。The high current density silver electrolysis process has the advantages of fast electrolysis speed,short production cycle,less electrolyte backlog,and high electrolysis efficiency.At the same time,it also has higher requirements on the silver anode plate and electrolyte.If the conventional silver electrolysis cell adopts high current density electrolysis,serious concentration polarization will occur,resulting in a decrease in the quality of the silver powder.An equipment company successfully developed a set of high-efficiency and high-purity silver electrolysis equipment by improving the electrolytic cell body,adding refrigeration,sealing,automatic silver powder scraping,solid-liquid separation devices,and adopting large-flow magnetic pumps.Under high current density(650~750 A/m^2),this equipment produces qualified national standard 1^# silver with a purity of over 99.997%,and the impurity content is far lower than the national standard.The product quality is higher than similar equipment products,and the equipment is worth to promote.
