摘  要:针对反射炉冶炼锑氧粉生产金属锑过程中存在的锑直收率低、炉渣含锑高、炉渣熔点高的问题,利用电磁感应炉实验设备完成了8 kg锑氧粉还原锑的最佳工艺参数试验,并对渣样进行了微观形貌分析和成分分析。试验结果表明:在保温温度1 200℃、保温时间70 min、煤粉加入量12%,以及炉口加盖的条件下,锑直收率可达到71.12%,渣含锑24.14%,锑直收率指标与反射炉生产工艺持平,渣含锑低于反射炉生产工艺;试验所产炉渣的开始熔化温度均在1 200℃以下,完全熔化温度为1 270℃左右,熔点远低于反射炉泡渣熔点;试验条件变化对炉渣微观形貌的影响不明显,锑渣中均有粗锑夹杂存在,锑渣中Sb_2O_3主要与SiO_2结合。In order to solve the problems of low antimony direct yield and high slag melting point in the reduction smelting process of antimony oxide powder in reverberatory furnace to produce metallic antimony,the best process parameter test for reducing antimony with 8 kg antimony oxide powder was completed by using electromagnetic induction furnace experimental equipment,and the slag sample was analyzed for microscopic appearance and composition.The test results show that under the conditions of temperature of 1200℃,holding time of 70 min,adding coal powder of 12%,and furnace mouth cover,the antimony direct recovery rate can reach 71.12%,and the slag contains 24.14%antimony,which indicate that the antimony direct yield index is the same as the reverberatory furnace production process,and the slag contains antimony lower than the reverberatory furnace production process;the starting melting temperature of the slag produced in the experiment is below 1200℃,the complete melting temperature is about 1270℃,and the melting point is much lower than the melting point of reverberatory furnace slag;the change of test conditions has no obvious influence on the microstructure of the slag,and there are coarse antimony inclusions in the antimony slag,and the Sb2O3 in the antimony slag is mainly combined with SiO2.
