摘 要:在全自动生化分析仪中,提高样本吸液(采样)精度是降低污染率、防止空吸、提高分析精度的重要因素之一。为了提高液面检测精度,设计了一种基于FPGA控制的多通道液面检测电路。将采样针和样本作为电容式液面传感器,采用FPGA完成对多路电容式传感器电容变化的检测、信号变换放大和A/D转换输出的控制,实现了精确采样,提高仪器性能的目标。详细介绍了电路的设计思路和实现方法,经过试验验证,该电路具有稳定性好、可靠性高的特点。In the automatic biochemical analyzer,improving the sampling accuracy is one of the important factors to reduce the pollution rate,prevent air absorption and improve the analysis accuracy.In order to improve the accuracy of liquid level detection,this paper designs a multi-channel liquid level detection circuit based on FPGA control.Taking the sampling needle and sample as capacitive liquid level sensor,using FPGA to control capacitance change detection,signal conversion amplification and A/D conversion output of multi-channel capacitive sensor,which realizes the goal of accurate sampling and improving the performance of the instrument.The design idea and implementation method of the circuit are introduced in detail.After experimental verification,the circuit has the characteristics of good stability and high reliability.
