摘 要:在近共晶Al-11.6Si-2Cu合金中,通过添加Ni元素进行合金化处理,研究了Ni含量对Al-11.6Si-2Cu-xNi合金微观组织、力学性能和耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:添加Ni元素后,Al-11.6Si-2Cu-xNi合金中含有α-Al、共晶硅、Al2Cu和Al3Ni相;过量添加Ni元素,Al3Ni相转变为细长针状。铸态Al-11.6Si-2Cu-1.5Ni合金的抗拉强度、屈服强度和硬度值分别达到249.7MPa、234.3MPa和79.8HB,显示出最高的强度和硬度值。随着Ni含量的增加,铸态Al-11.6Si-2Cu-xNi合金的腐蚀电位逐渐增加,电流密度和腐蚀速率呈现先下降后上升的趋势。Al-11.6Si-2Cu-1Ni合金显示出较低的腐蚀电流密度和腐蚀速率,分别为0.25mA/cm2和3.2μm/a,具有最优异的耐腐蚀性能。The effect of Ni contents on the microstructure, mechanical properties, and corrosion resistance of Al-11.6 Si-2 Cu-x Ni alloy was studied by adding Ni element for alloying in the near-eutectic Al-11.6 Si-2 Cu alloy. These results indicated that the Al-11.6 Si-2 Cu-x Ni alloy contained the α-Al, eutectic Si, Al2 Cu and Al3 Ni phases after adding Ni element. While the Al3 Ni phase transformed into elongated needles after the excessive addition of Ni element. As-cast Al-11.6 Si-2 Cu-1.5 Ni alloy exhibited a tensile strength of249.7 MPa, a yield strength of 234.3 MPa and a hardness of 79.8 HB, showing the highest strength and hardness among these this five alloys.The corrosion potential of the as-cast Al-11.6 Si-2 Cu-xNi alloy gradually increased, and the current density and corrosion rate initially increased and subsequently decreased with the increase in Ni additions. Al-11.6 Si-2 Cu-1 Ni alloy showed a lower corrosion current density of 0.25 m A/cm2 and a corrosion rate of 3.2 μm/a, exhibiting the best corrosion resistance.
