摘　　要：虎耳草是虎耳草科虎耳草属的多年生草本植物。古今药理研究发现虎耳草不仅具有祛风清热、凉血解毒之功效,还兼具抗菌、抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等多种药用价值。兽医临床中常用于脓耳、风热咳喘的治疗。其主要化学成分包括黄酮类、萜类、酚酸类、异香豆精类等化合物。虎耳草药用疗效显著,但由于其成分复杂,药理活性及作用机理不清楚,虎耳草在兽医临床的应用有限。通过对虎耳草的化学成分、药理作用及其在兽医临床中的应用进行总结分析,为虎耳草的生物学活性研究及开发提供参考。Saxifraga stolonifera(L.)Meerb.is a perennial herb of Saxifragaceae Saxifraga.Ancient and modern pharmacological studies have found that Saxifraga not only has the effects of removing wind and clearing heat,cooling blood and detoxifying,but also has various medicinal values such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidant,and anti-tumor.Veterinary clinics are often used in the treatment of pustular ears,wind-heat cough and asthma.The main chemical components of Saxifraga include flavonoids,terpenes,phenolic acids,isocoumarins,et al.Saxifraga has obvious curative effect,but due to its complex composition and unclear pharmacological activity and mechanism of action,it has limited application in veterinary clinic.By summarizing and analyzing the chemical composition,pharmacological effect and application of Saxifraga,it lays the foundation for the study of its biological activity.In this paper,the chemical components,pharmacological effects and its application in veterinary clinic were reviewed and analyzed,which laid a foundation for the research and development of the biological activityof Saxifraga.
