摘 要:对目前全套管灌注桩设备的发展现状进行了简要介绍,总结了施工技术上的优势和现有的技术创新,并对存在的问题及现有的措施进行总结,提出了发展建议。可知:目前全套管灌注桩无论从设备还是施工技术上都有较大改进,在工程中得到了很好的推广;但是施工过程中复杂地质条件下施工受限、垂直度的控制等问题仍未得到较好的解决。非常有必要结合具体施工条件对设备进行创新,来适应越来越复杂的环境。这些结论和建议可为今后全套管灌注桩的应用发展提供思路借鉴。Briefly introduces the present situation of the development of a complete set of pipe cast-in-place pile equipment,summarizes the advantages of construction technology and existing technical innovation,summarizes the existing problems and existing measures,and puts forward some development suggestions.It can be known that at present,the full-casing cast-in-place pile has been greatly improved in terms of equipment and construction technology,and has been well popularized in the project,but the problems such as construction limitation and verticality control under complex geological conditions in the construction process have not been well solved.It is very necessary to innovate the equipment according to the specific construction conditions in order to adapt to the more and more complex environment.These conclusions and suggestions can provide a reference for the application and development of a full set of pipe cast-in-place piles in the future.
