摘　　要：针对超长弧形面背栓式干挂陶瓷板施工进行研究,背栓式干挂陶瓷板由陶瓷面板、背栓、铝合金转接件、横竖龙骨、填缝胶、转接挂件及埋件等组成。陶瓷面板在工厂里设备预加工上背栓孔,现场进行背栓安装及铝合金转接件安装,再挂接到横竖龙骨上形成一种陶瓷幕墙,然后用填缝料做防水、防火处理,结构安全可靠,易于安装和维护,节能环保,成本可控。This technology is aimed at the construction of ultra-long curved surface back-bolted dry-hanging ceramic panels.The back-bolted dry-hanging ceramic panels are composed of ceramic panels,back bolts,aluminum alloy adapters,horizontal and vertical keels,caulking glue,adapter pendants and composition of embedded parts.The ceramic panels are pre-processed with the upper back bolt holes in the equipment in the factory,and the back bolts and aluminum alloy adapters are installed on site,and then hung on the horizontal and vertical keels to form a ceramic curtain wall,and then the joint filler is used for waterproof and fireproof treatment.The structure is safe and reliable,easy to install and maintain,energy saving,environmental protection,and cost controllable.
