广州地区高强混凝土回弹测强曲线试验研究

摘　　要：选取广州地区具有代表性的某商品混凝土生产企业,采用广州地区通用的原材料制作成混凝土试件,并利用4.5J高强回弹仪和5.5J高强回弹仪测试试件的回弹值以及试件在不同龄期的抗压强度。结果表明:通过试验拟合出的测强曲线可适用于该搅拌站生产的应用于实际工程中的高强混凝土,利用4.5J高强回弹仪和5.5J高强回弹仪测得的回弹值与高强混凝土强度之间具有较强的相关性,该基础研究成果可为广州地区建立高强混凝土地区测强曲线提供重要依据。By choosing one representative concrete production enterprise in Guangzhou area as the concrete maker,several concrete test pieces were made by using the raw materials commonly used in Guangzhou area.And the test value by 4.5J high rebound hammer and 5.5J high rebound hammer as well as the compressive strength of specimens in different age were gotten.The results show that the strength measurement curve fitted by the experiment can be applied to the high-strength concrete produced by the mixing station and used in actual engineering.The rebound value and the strength of the high-strength concrete of the 4.5J high-strength rebound hammer and 5.5J high-strength rebound hammer strong correlation,The test results of this basic research can be used as an important basis to establish the strength measurement curve of high strength concrete used in Guangzhou area.
