摘 要:将Stöber法制备的SiO2纳米微球与由3−氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷制备的含硅氧化物溶胶相结合,采用提拉法在H2O2水热处理后的聚碳酸酯(PC)表面制备了高SiO2含量涂层,以提高其抗氧化侵蚀能力。经过3.09×1020/cm2原子氧(AO)辐照6 h后,原始PC的质量损失和AO侵蚀率分别为1.41 mg/cm2和3.74×10−24 cm3,而覆有涂层的PC样品的质量损失和AO侵蚀率分别降至0.22 mg/cm2和0.56×10−24 cm3。该SiO2涂层的化学制备方法简单实用,对于长寿命航天器中聚合物材料的AO防护具有一定的研究意义。SiO2 nanospheres were prepared by Stöber method and then dispersed in silica sol prepared from 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane.A high-SiO2-content coating was formed by dip coating therein on the surface of polycarbonate(PC)pretreated hydrothermally by H2O2 to improve its oxidation-erosion resistance.After being irradiated with atomic oxygen under 3.09×1020 atoms/cm2 for 6 h,the mass loss and AO erosion yield were 1.41 mg/cm2 and 3.74×10−24 cm3/atom respectively for the uncoated PC,while 0.22 mg/cm2 and 0.56×10−24 cm3/atom respectively for the SiO2-coated PC.The chemical method for preparation of SiO2 coating is simple and practical,and has certain research significance for AO protection of polymer materials in long-life spacecraft.
