摘 要:对橡胶模具粉末氟树脂防粘涂层进行制备及应用研究。采用正交试验考察了喷涂距离、供气气压、静电电压、烧结温度、烧结时间等工艺参数对涂层性能的影响。结果表明,喷涂距离为150 mm,供气气压为0.5 MPa,静电电压为80 kV,烧结温度为380°C,烧结时间为30 min时,涂层的光泽接近40 Gs,附着强度可达22 MPa,水接触角在106.5°以上,具有较好的脱模性和防粘性,使用寿命超过500次,使生产效率提高了5%~10%。The preparation and application of anti-sticking fluororesin powder coating for rubber mold were studied.The effects of spraying distance,air supply pressure,electrostatic voltage,sintering temperature,and sintering time on the properties of coating were studied by orthogonal test.The results showed that the coating prepared by spraying with a distance of 150 mm at an air supply pressure of 0.5 MPa and a static voltage of 80 kV followed by sintering at 380°C for 30 min had a gloss close to 40 Gs,an adhesion strength up to 22 MPa,and a water contact angle larger than 106.5°,showing good demolding and anti-sticking properties.The coated mold could be reused for at least 500 times,improving the production efficiency by 5%to 10%.
