摘  要:为解决金属漆涂装废气风量大、浓度低、含漆雾难处理等问题,采用干式布袋除尘−沸石转轮−旋转式蓄热催化燃烧(RRCO)工艺对废气进行处理。结果表明,转轮最佳脱附温度为170~180°C,最佳转速3 r/h,催化燃烧温度400°C。运行3个月后催化转化率仍可稳定达到97%,系统废气处理率稳定在90%以上,挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放浓度低于DB 33/2146–2018《工业涂装工序大气污染物排放标准》的限值。To solve the problems of organic exhaust gas generated by coating process of metallic paints such as large air volume,low concentration,and difficulty in the treatment of paint fogs,a process comprising dry-type bag filter,zeolite rotor,and rotating regenerative catalytic oxidizer(RRCO)was used.The results showed that the optimal desorption temperature and rotation speed of the rotor are 170-180°C and 3 r/h,respectively,and the catalytic oxidation temperature should be 400°C.After running for three months,the catalytic conversion rate kept steadily at 97%,the system treatment rate hold firmly at 90%above,and the emission concentration of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)met the requirement of the Emission Standard of Air Pollutants for Industrial Surface Coating(DB 33/2146–2018).
