摘　　要：目的:助力医院“互联网+”推广应用,结合电子票据升级改革,打通患者就医挂号、就诊、交费、票据交付全闭环电子化管理,减少患者在各个环节的排队时间,提升患者就医体验。降低票据管理成本,从根本上杜绝假票。方法:搭建宁夏医科大学总医院医疗电子票据平台,梳理院内业务与票据管理流程,实现医院医疗电子票据平台与财政票据管理系统、财政制票中心、财政公共服务平台、医院HIS业务系统无缝对接。结果:实现了发票的电子化存储、使用。结论:电子票据的使用提升了医院财务工作效率,提升了患者就医体验。Objective:To help the hospital to popularize and apply the Internet,combined with the reform of electronic bill upgrading,to open up the closed-loop electronic management of patients undefined medical registration,medical treatment,payment and bill delivery,to reduce the queuing time of patients in each link,and to improve the experience of patients seeking medical treatment.Reduce the cost of bill management,fundamentally eliminate fake tickets.Methods:To set up the medical electronic bill platform of General Hospital of Ningxia Medical University,sort out the business and bill management process in the hospital,and realize the seamless connection between the hospital medical electronic bill platform and the financial bill management system,the financial ticket making center,the financial public service platform and the hospital his business system.Results:The electronic storage and use of invoices were realized.Conclusion:The use of electronic bills improves the efficiency of hospital financial work and improves the experience of patients seeking medical treatment.
