摘　　要：目的:高效、准确地完成复用器械回收-供应工作,为口腔诊疗器械的精细化管理提供参考和新思路。方法:梳理和优化器械回收-供应流程,依托信息化技术,开发了口腔复用器械回收-供应精确管理信息系统。通过工时测量和满意度调查,分析该信息系统的临床应用效果。结果:口腔复用器械回收-供应精确管理系统的应用优化了口腔门诊器械回收-供应的流程,护理人员工时减少,护士工作满意度增高。结论:信息化手段的应用有助于提高护理工作效率和质量,节约人力成本,提高护士工作满意度。Objective:To accomplish the collecting and dispatching of dental instruments efficiently and accurately,and to provide reference and new ideas for the refined management of dental instruments.Methods:Based on the information technology,the dental instruments collecting and dispatching system was developed by sorting out and optimizing the process of the dental instruments collecting and dispatching.Through the measurement of nursing staffs working hours and satisfaction,the clinical application effect of the information system was analyzed.Results:The application of system optimized the process of dental instruments collecting and dispatching,reduced the working hours of nursing staffs,and increased the job satisfaction of nurses.Conclusion:The application of information technology can improve the efficiency and quality of nursing work,save manpower cost and improve nurses job satisfaction.
