摘 要:目的:依托门诊排队叫号系统对门诊自动发摆药机流程进行改造,优化流程结构,合理高效,增加患者就医体验。方法:对门诊收费、排队叫号、药房发药流程进行重新梳理和规范,通过消息机制在系统之间传递处方和发药的状态信息,协调多个系统之间的数据交互。结果:对业务流程进行设计重塑后,各系统对接友好,流程顺畅。病人签到、后台摆药及自动发药的工作效率大幅提升。结论:采用数据交互的消息机制,将多个异构系统进行整合集成,进一步提高了各个系统的工作效率,提升了患者就医体验,应用效果明显。Objective:Relying on the outpatient queuing system to modify the mechanism of the automatic drug dispensing system,optimize the process to make it more efficient and reasonable and improve patients'experience in hospital.Methods:The outpatient charges,queuing system and drug dispensation are re-rationalized and standardized.The status information of prescription and drug dispensation is transmitted between several systems through the message mechanism,and the data interchange between multiple systems is coordinated.Results:After the design and reshaping of the business process,information interchange between several systems is efficient and accurate.The efficiency of patient check-in and automatic drug dispensing has been greatly improved.Conclusion:The present study showed that with the message mechanism of data interaction and the integrated multiple heterogeneous systems,the work efficiency of each system and the experience of patients have been improved,and the application effect is obvious.
