摘 要:目的:探讨在信息化支撑条件下的门诊流程问题,包括预约挂号、诊间扣费、预先摆药、医嘱无纸化和影像胶片打印等就医流程。方法:通过查阅文献、借鉴其他医院经验、统计分析我院历史就诊数据以及计算机模拟测试等方法,对门诊各就医环节的流程进行了对比分析。结果:医院门诊流程不尽相同、各有优缺点,预约挂号环节容易产生垃圾数据,无论是诊间扣费、预先摆药,还是实现医嘱无纸化、无胶片化都存在适用局限性。结论:对于大型综合性医院开展诊间扣费、预先摆药,医院就诊环节实行医嘱无纸化和无胶片化等流程应该持谨慎态度,不能因为信息化造成医疗差错或影响患者就诊治疗,那就适得其反。Objective:To explore the outpatient process problems under the support of information technology,including appointment registration,deduction of fees in clinic,prepackage of drugs,paperless medical orders and printing of medical image film,etc.Methods:By consulting literature,learning from the experience of other hospitals,statistical analysis of our hospital's historical data and computer simulation test,the process of outpatient treatment was compared and analyzed.Results:The hospital outpatient process is not the same,each has its own advantages and disadvantages,appointment registration is easy to generate garbage data,whether it is to deduct fees in clinic,prepackage of drugs,or to achieve paperless medical orders and filmless,there are application limitations.Conclusion:We should be cautious when large general hospitals carry out the procedures of deducting fees in clinic and prepackage of drugs,and implementing paperless medical orders and filmless in the hospital.It is counterproductive not to cause medical errors or affect patients treatment because of the use of information systems.
