摘  要:目的:探讨普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者首诊临床特征及CT特征纵向演变规律,为其诊治提供辅助决策依据。方法:回顾性分析53例普通型COVID-19患者首诊临床资料及纵向CT影像资料,评价病灶性质、分布和病灶严重程度总评分。采用χ^2检验比较CT病变性质变化。结果:53例普通型COVID-19患者中,41例有疫区或感染患者接触史;发热(75.5%)为最常见症状;出现症状后10天内CT上肺内病灶以磨玻璃影(65.7%、40.5%)为主,第11~16天时则以混合性病灶为主(33.6%);第17天以后病灶性质趋于多样化;病灶分布呈两肺多发、肺野后部及外周为主;肺内病灶严重程度总评分在第11~16天达峰值,随后逐渐减低。结论:普通型COVID-19患者CT征象纵向演变存在一定特征性,能够为该疾病的临床诊疗提供决策依据。Objective:To evaluate the preliminary clinical features and CT features evolution on serial computed tomographic(CT)images in patients with ordinary COVID-19.Methods:This retrospective study collects clinical information and serial imaging data of 53 patients with COVID-19.CT images were reviewed for property,distribution and total lung severity score of the lesion.The CT features were compared using χ^2 test.Results:Of the 53 patients,41 patients had a history of the endemic center or infected individual contact.Fever(75.5%)was the most common symptoms.CT images showed predominate ground-grass opacity(65.7%、40.5%)during illness days 0~10 after symptom onset.Mixed pattern peaked(33.6%)on days 11~16.The lesion property became diversity from the illness day 17.The lesions predominately involved the posterior and peripheral part of the lungs.Total lung severity score peaked around illness days 11~16 and then declined.Conclusion:The particular evolution pattern of CT features may play an important role in the management of patient with COVID-19.
