摘 要:目的:探讨数字化设计结合3D打印技术在颌骨骨折内固定治疗中的应用价值。方法:收集临床下颌骨骨折病例的CT数据,导入软件Mimics进行三维重建,运用数字化设计方案在计算机上虚拟颌骨骨折复位内固定手术。应用3D打印机打印出颌骨骨折模型,在3D模型上按照数字化设计的内固定方案进行模拟手术。比较数字化虚拟手术与3D模型模拟手术的差别及效果。结果:数字化虚拟手术与3D模型模拟手术的效果基本一致,钛板的植入位置与复位骨折块高度贴合。结论:数字化设计结合3D打印技术能有效提高颌骨骨折内固定植入效果。Objective:To investigate the application of digital technology and 3D printing in preoperative assessment and planning of internal fixation surgery for jawbone fracture.Methods:CT data of jaw fracture cases were collected and imported into Mimics for reconstruction.Digital design was used to simulate the internal fixation of jaw fractures.The fracture model was printed with a 3D printer and the 3D model was digitally simulated with an internal fixation protocol.The effects of internal fixation were compared between the virtual surgery and the simulated surgery based on the 3D models.Results:The effects of internal fixation in the simulated surgery based on the 3D models were consistent with those of the virtual surgery.Conclusion:Digital design combined with 3D printing technology can effectively improve the effect of internal fixation of jaw fracture.
