摘　　要：目的:分析运动心电图评价短暂性心肌缺血左心室功能的价值。方法:选择短暂性心肌缺血患者89例作为缺血组,同期选择无心肌缺血的健康体检者45例作为对照组,记录两组的心电图指标与左心室功能。结果:缺血组的LVDd、LVDs、LVEDV、LVESV值高于对照组,而LVEF值低于对照组(P<0.05)。缺血组的QRS时限低于对照组(P<0.05)。在缺血组89例患者中,运动心电图对短暂性心肌缺血的检出率为96.6%。直线相关分析显示QRS时限与LVDd、LVDs、LVEDV、LVESV呈负相关(P<0.05),与LVEF呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:运动心电图可较直观准确地评价短暂性心肌缺血患者的左心室功能,心电图QRS时限与左心室功能有显著相关性。Objective:To evaluate the values of exercise electrocardiography in evaluating left ventricular function in patients with transient myocardial ischemia.Methods:89 patients with transient myocardial ischemia who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the ischemic group,45 healthy subjects without myocardial ischemia were selected as the control group.Recorded the ECG indicators and left ventricular function of the two groups.Results:The LVDd,LVDs,LVEDV and LVESV values in the ischemic group were higher than those in the control group,while the LVEF values were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The QRS duration of the ischemic group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the ischemic group,86 patients with transient myocardial ischemia were detected by exercise electrocardiogram,and the detection rates were 96.6%.Linear correlation analysis showed that the QRS duration were negatively correlated with LVDd,LVDs,LVEDV,and LVESV(P<0.05),and were positively correlated with LVEF(P<0.05).Conclusion:The exercise ECG is a relatively straightforward and accurate evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with transient myocardial ischemia,the QRS duration is significantly correlated with left ventricular function.
