有机-无机复配紫外线眼收剂对涂膜性能影响研究

摘  要:在聚氨酯树脂中分别添加了无机纳米二氧化钛、有机紫外线吸收剂及光稳定剂,制备了添加不同紫外线吸收剂的聚氨酯涂膜,测试了涂膜在紫外老化试验后涂膜的色差及力学性能。结果表明:采用改性纳米二氧化钛与有机光稳定剂复配的有机-无机紫外线吸收剂对紫外线有很好的吸收性能,应用到聚氨酯涂料中具有很好的紫外线屏蔽效果,可有效提高聚氨酯涂膜在紫外环境下的力学性能,降低变色等级。Inorganic nano titanium dioxide,organic ultraviolet absorber and light stabilizer were added to the polyurethane resin,and polyurethane coatings films with different ultraviolet absorbers were prepared.The color difference and mechanical properties of the coatings film after the ultraviolet aging test were tested.The results show that the organic/inorganic ultraviolet absorber compounded with the modified nano titanium dioxide and the organic light stabilizer has good ultraviolet absorption performance and good ultraviolet shielding effect in polyurethane coatings and can effectively improve the polyurethane coatings film’s mechanical properties under ultraviolet environment and reduce the discoloration level.
