单涂高光PU铅粉漆的制备与应用研究

摘　　要：采用中羟值的丙烯酸树脂为主体,搭配一定量的高羟值丙烯酸树脂及低羟值丙烯酸树脂,研制了一款适用于3C家电领域的单涂高光PU铝粉漆。研究结果表明:中羟值的丙烯酸树脂为涂膜提供了主要附着力及光泽,高羟值的丙烯酸树脂对提高涂膜的光泽起到了重要作用,低羟值的丙烯酸树脂主要作用于增强涂膜金属感,同时增强涂膜附着力。依本研究制备的单涂高光PU铝粉漆,经测试及实践检验,涂膜综合性能优秀,适合应用于3C家电领域的涂装。A kind of single-layer high gloss PU aluminum powder coatings for 3C household electrical appliances was developed in this study.It was formulated with medium hydroxyl value acrylic resin as the main part mixed with certain amounts of high hydroxyl value acrylic resin and low hydroxyl value acrylic resin.The results show:medium hydroxyl value acrylic resin provides the main adhesion and gloss for the coatings film,high hydroxyl value acrylic resin plays an important role in improving the gloss of coatings film,and low hydroxyl value acrylic resin improves the metal effect of coatings film and enhances the adhesion.The single-layer high gloss PU aluminum powder coatings prepared according to this study have been tested and examined in practice.The coatings film has excellent performance and is suitable for painting 3C household electrical appliances.
